Poverty
Poverty is the inability to reach the minimum physical
requirements of the mission, such as food, housing, clothing and means of
education, health and non-material needs, such as the right to participate,
freedom and human and social justice.
It also
knows that the inability to achieve a minimum standard of living.
It can be
defined as poor countries as those countries that suffer from low levels of
education, health care and the availability of clean water healthy for human
consumption, sanitation and the level of healthy food as or somewhat all
members of society, and added to that suffering from degradation and depletion
of a continuous natural resources with the low level of poverty.
- What are the last fact and figures about Poverty?
Fact and
figures:-
1.29 billion
People were in absolute poverty in 2008
Between 1990
and 2010 about 663 million people moved above the absolute poverty level
Every year
11 million children living poverty die before their 5th birthday
1.02 billion
People go to bed hungry every night
- What causes emergence for those fact and figures?
There are five main factors causing poverty in the states:-
1- Ignorance
2- Disease
3- Apathy
4- Dishonesty
5- Dependency
- Ignorance
When people lack the knowledge it lacks the most basic necessities of
life. Knowledge is the foundation any country secure its future and the future
of future generations.
UNESCO explained, that 127 million young people in the world, cannot
read and write, 60.7% of them young women, while 67.4 million children are not
attending schools face the future difficulties, what caused the increased rate
of illiteracy among them.
- Disease:-
In light of
the spread of diseases and epidemics and the lack of appropriate places, food,
drinking water and health centers has led to increase the proportion of
sickness and death.
In the
latest statistics of the African continent became clear that the acute shortage
of doctors and health supplies such as gloves and masks, which led to the
inability to control the disease.
- Apathy:-
Lack of
interest in people to their situation and the situation of poverty and
satisfaction a state of helplessness and hopelessness and lack of action to
change the situation for the better.
- Dishonesty:-
When members take advantage of the power of the country money in their
own businesses and make other people living in extreme poverty and the failure
to provide the slightest livelihoods. The
exploitation of international aid by some of the people with power in the
impoverished country to show the face of the poor to increase country aid.
- Dependency:-
Dependence on foreign aid and lack of self-reliance and self-development.
- Did are UAE poverty before?
UAE:-
Previously UAE residents traveling from one place to another in search
of food and shelter and with the discovery of oil, the state has become one of
the most prominent in the state to provide assistance to the affected countries
and the poor.
- Did are have foreign assistance?
A group of volunteers participated in a concerted program of social
volunteering in international volunteer project was implemented in Dar es
Salaam, the Tanzanian capital, during the period from the eighth and until
the twentieth of November 2013.
Conclusion:-
Previously, just know that the factors we have mentioned that bound
together by common factors. Each worker brings us the other factor.
Exacerbating the situation and seek to perceive.
Many foreign assistance means saving the lives of poverty, but remain on
the individual self-development and to avoid such crises which once them.
Also, there are many factors like natural disaster like Flood,
earthquake and Tornado.
We can say that is the hard and difficult chance for people to stop it.
In the end we must to help each other to keep our life continuous.
